I have had a wonderful experience since day one. Dr. Elassar started with a comprehensive history and answered all questions without making you feel rushed. All options are discussed and you don't feel pressured into anything. All the staff are very good at making you feel comfortable and at ease. I really appreciate the balance of them being professional and so personable at the same time. I am beyond thankful to everyone at NYC IVF in helping me conceive.

From the first consultation, we knew that Dr. Elassar was the right doctor we have chosen. She took the time to know everything about our medical history in details and we have started from there. We are being treated respectfully and with a lot of care.
I like to thank Dr. Elassar and her team (Tamar, Victoria, Alejandra, Anisha, and all the rest) for all their incredible efforts and support that make us fell like a family. They were always there to answer any questions we had and they respond to our emails within minutes.

With frozen embryos transfer, we have our first girl who is now 2 and a half years old and now we are 18 weeks pregnant with the second baby/babies😊.

We loved our whole experience with NYC IVF. Dr Elassar and her whole team, from nurses, assistants, and the finance expert are all super caring, personable, patient, organized, and responsive. These are really key when going through the IVF process. They always answered our questions effectively and chose the approach that is best for the female body. You always see the same doctor and nurses and really develop a relationship with the whole team. I also rarely waited for more than 5min to be seen by the doctor or the nurses for my exams. I'm really grateful for the whole experience!

I chose NYC IVF because I wanted a private physician-owned clinic and personalized care. Dr Elassar was very accessible and hands on during the entire process and was always available to answer questions or concerns via email. We had great results and I’m so glad I found NYC IVF.
