Gorgeous and well maintained park. You can bike, run, fish, barbecue or have a little picnic. It's perfect for a day out.
It's dog friendly(on leash) and you can Walk/bike there from the ues.
This place is very beautiful and in my opinion the best way to get around and enjoy its beauty is on a bike. Weather you bring your own or rent a city bike at the entrance. The only down side was the lock of drink/food places, it looks like they currently have this part of the park under construction. An alternative would be to bring your own drinks/food. My boys and I had a great time riding the city bikes all around and enjoyed the beautiful views very much.
This place is a wonderful public park! 🏞️ Randall's Island Park is a fantastic pitspot 🚏 for your next trip to NYC! 🗽 This spot is perfect for a picnic 🧺, bike ride 🚲, or hiking 🥾 and is such a nice spot to unwind 🧘♂️ and relax! 😌 I wish I came here more often!
Cool place to visit, playground, picnic areas bike path baseball fields. Event spaces. Something for everyone. Nice views of the east river and triboro bridge(RFK).
We have been to Randall's Island so many times for flag football games over the years. This park is the premier place to play flag football in NYC. Also, there are a ton of organized softball & soccer leagues played here as well. While Randall's Island is kind of a pain in the butt to get to, this park is such a special place for NYC residents. It's really the crown jewel park for athletic events in the city.
