  RX30 is truly an amazing gym. I really loved the class and the coach (Joseph) was helpful, encouraging and pushed me all at the same time. The gym is also really cool aesthetically! Be sure to pick up a smoothie from the smoothie bar after your workout!

  All the classes here are 30 mins per session. It’s perfect for those who’s short on time but would like to break a sweat at the same time. Had Laura as my trainer and she provided us with individual feedback which is awesome. Highly recommend folks check this studio out!

  Did my 1st class yesterday and it was actually pretty fun. I was getting tired with my standard workout routines, but the circuits/stations in these classes keep you on your toes. Each station is a little over a min long with short 15s intervals of rest before you repeat, so you're constantly in a state of motion. But the classes are short (30mins long) so it's absolutely doable for even a beginner like myself. Also, the coach, Joe, was really efficient. He explained everything so well and was great at keeping me motivated to push through.

  I take 3 classes and is great, in your first class might be hard to follow the pace but then flows better. I am with Flora as personal coach and she explains very good the movements and how you should feel them. It's great to feel the work of your muscles in the following day. Expecting to improve and see results soon.

  Great strength and conditioning work outs! Coaches are all wonderful and walk you through what you need to do. Perfect to do before or after work. Equipment is brand new and the set up is perfect. 💪🏼
