This are a handful delightful empathetic people, staff faculty…. . Love love love each and everyone in this school.
If you have any problems.
It’s probably you are the problem with this school.
They definitely do the best they can, to improve your artistic skills.
If you have any !
But if you don’t have any…..
you will come out, the way you came in.
Like 0. ( every arts school is like that btw)
So be ready that this is super serious, and intense, people in good sections are super hard working. Teachers are extremely aware of the business, all working and teaching. . And the program Is HARD ! It’s not a walk in the park!! If you don’t put work, you won’t make it. Be ready to
Work and thrive . You got this.
Thank YOU NYCDA…… it was a pleasure being a part of this incredible family.
About to graduate from their 2 year Film and TV program and have learned so, so much. The teachers are all working professionals, second year is entirely on camera, we engage in mock auditions and self tapes, and finish fully prepared to enter the industry. The new administration is extremely supportive and communicative, and they are making leaps and bounds in creating healthy environments and supporting students mental health. I’ve had the best experience and would recommend it to anyone!
While my son is a newly enrolled student and hasn't began classes as yet, I can speak to the support he's received from the administration thus far. They care! The school has been so helpful and instrumental throughout his entire enrollment process and has aided him with finalizing his status. Our experience has been the most pleasant and so far, I highly recommend the school to any student looking to pursue acting/film. Especially for parents who may be unsure... you will receive guidance and assistance beyond measure. It is truly what you want in an institution you're looking to admit your child.
Graduated over 10 years ago and don’t regret one thing about it. Unfortunately I was placed in a terrible class but as far as the teachers go…they were all wonderful. I don’t expect everyone’s experience to be as good or as bad as mine was but if you have a dream and you wanna attend there in order to enhance your acting skills I would say…be tough and go for it! 🙂
