It's an educational institution like no other, in quality of faculty, ensembles, student/teacher ratio, fantastic performers, and now new facilities in Union Square (great place to live!). (June 26, 2015, 7:20 pm)Mannes is a deeply supportive, fully professional environment. It provides top-quality training, with real interest in the individual student. The Preparatory Department is one of the best resources anywhere, for developing young talents, as well as allowing kids to explore music in a more general way. The college produces strong, energized musicians with real personal authority.
