We worked with him for 3 months looking for an apartment that was wheel chair friendly and in our budget. Kobi was professional, curious, and always got back to us in a timely manner with appropriate updates on the search process. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an apartment to rent in the complex landscape of New York city. Mike

(March 24, 2019, 8:31 pm)Working with Kobi was a pleasure. I just relocated from South Florida back to NYC for a job and finding an apartment has been one of the worse experiences until I met Kobi. I’m not ashmaned to admit I have some credit issues and Kobi worked with kept me positive and found me a wonderful place for an amazing price. When I’m ready to move again he will be the first person I call!!!!

He was also very flexible and able to accommodate my work schedule for my apartment viewings. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Even while being away he made himself available through calls/text and my friend and I were able to have access to apartments we were interested in. He worked with our budget and helped us figure out what worked best after listening to our concerns and criteria. He was professional and diligent. He made the experience of apartment hunting very smooth. I would definitely recommend his services!
