  Elliott Arnone is by far the most professional, customer service orientated car salesmen I have ever met. Unlike other sales rep’s I have experienced. Elliott is transparent and goes the extra mile to make sure his customer is not just comfortable with the purchase but HAPPY with the deal. I wound recommend him - and will - to everyone who needs a car! Over the years, we have worked with Elliott 5 times, for children’s cars, as well as our leases. With each deal, Elliott remains unwavering in his stellar championship for what is right, safe and fair. We appreciate the incredible amount of leg work, research and care he provided to us. We will forever be returning customers!

  West Herr is a great place to get a car no matter the location. Everyone at West Herr is very nice and friendly. I have not had one bad experience with them. They treat you like a loyal customer even if you aren’t one, they take the time and don’t push you to get something that you don’t want. I talked with Elliot Arnone and he was very informative!! He’s not just a salesman. He’s a great person as well. He spent much time and many different appointments with me to try to find me the right car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a car unless I didn’t have a choice. They aren’t shady salesman like a lot of dealerships as many know. They are good people. Will be doing business here for a while. Thanks West Herr and to Elliot for your time, honesty and friendliness!!

  I recently went for my oil change and tire rotation. The experience was smooth from start to finish. They took the time to ask if I had any other concerns with my Honda. They went over what they'd be doing in detail. They have a comfortable waiting area. Free coffee ☕☕ who doesn't love that?? They check in with you. They even go over the full report and they give you a detailed report of the cars upkeep. Their customer service is top notch. We worked with Dale this time. I've never had an issue once. Even when we bought our car we had an amazing experience with them. That was in 2017. Our sales rep was Jim and he does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this dealership for new car purchases, service, maintenance, etc.

  The team at Honda actually contacted me several months before my lease ended and told me if I planned to renew my lease I should begin shopping sooner than planned due to shortages and cars taking months to come in. Thanks to them, I was able to get my second lease and a brand new ‘22 civic sport with no issues. Ron Ramos was a phenomenal man to work with. He was very personable and made this entire process quick (as much as he could) and easy, getting me the exact car I wanted even during a shortage. He kept me in the loop about the delivery of my car, provided me all the necessary info I needed to get insurance transferred over prior to my appointment and had all the paperwork in order upon arrival. This is my second lease from West Herr Honda, and due to both experiences being pleasurable I plan to return for a third.

  Bob and everyone I spoke with at Honda were great throughout my time with them. Everyone was very respectful and always going out of their way to assist me.
  
  Bob was awesome to work with and very helpful from beginning to end. He made the whole process so much easier for me and I’m very thankful for his time!
  
  I would definitely recommend Bob as a salesman and the entire Honda dealership to anyone in the market car shopping.
