I first asked Katie if I could just get it shaved bald because of the medication that had an impact the past several years, not to mention over processing. I'm in my fifties and have dyed it since the age of fourteen. She said to let her try first because it wasn't so bad. I agreed and said, "Well, if you can save it and I like style, I'll keep it." “I really like this place over LensCrafters or whatever big chain stores I’ve been to. In the future it would be really helpful if any questions that I have at all could be answered by your receptionist. When I asked her how long it would take for glasses repairs (on average) she told me, varies. When I asked her what glasses repairs cost, she said it varies. When I asked her if I could get one use trials for my contacts, she said, I’ll get back to you but she never got back to me. In sales, this is a HUGE no no. I’m sure you guys are above free sales advice... Are you trying to lose customers, or..?”

“This is an amazing place to take your vehicle. I came in for an oil change and a safety issue was spotted by the technician. I was contacted with a very reasonable price and thoroughly explained the issue and asked if I was hearing noise from my vehicle when I hit bumps. The answer was yes. Needless to say, my vehicle is back in working condition and more importantly, my spouse can feel more comfortable riding in the vehicle. I once had a newer model vehicle that I only took to the dealership and with every oil change they would find something that needed to be repaired or replaced with labor costs of $150 an hour. You will not experience these issues at EZ Tire and Auto. If something is wrong, they’ll let you know and if your vehicle has come to the end of it’s life, go test drive a few vehicles and I’m sure you’ll find something at a reasonable price. I do understand that all reviews won’t be perfect, because humans are not perfect and all are not truthful either. I’m sorry that some of the negative reviews are actually pointed at the wrong business. 5 stars in my opinion every time!”

“We were traveling through from out of state and had a small issue that was causing major headache. Everyone else we stopped by told us they had at least a week wait to help us. We were leaving for Chicago the next day and couldn't wait that long, but also couldn't make the drive without some sort of fix. Davis Automotive went out of their way to get us a workable fix even though they were about to close and had other work to do as well. It was also a very minimal charge for what was for us a huge relief, and excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you so much for all your help and efforts!”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the start, the kind folks at the front desk were very welcoming. I had made a huge mistake and booked my room for the wrong night, but they fixed me up with no issues whatsoever. I'm very grateful for that. The lobby of this hotel has phenomenal atmosphere and is very welcoming. It's a bit of an indoor courtyard. The room was also nice. I had a terrific night of sleep, and the bed was really comfortable.”
