Also, I can tell when short cuts and cheap ingredients are used in restaurants. This place uses only the best meats and seasoning. More importantly they cook it with great skill and manage to keep the prices low! I highly recommend this place for families and individuals taking a lunch break. You will not be disappointed! “The space is small, beautiful, and in a quiet area adjacent to the river. Although you might get a 'modern' twist such as music, the teachers respect the sacred practices of Yoga and their intentions on sharing their knowledge and experiences are sincere. The few asana classes I've attended have been lovely. There's no pressure here to have the latest Yoga fashions or show off in any way. Monthly meditation is wonderful- and it enhanced a good portion of my pregnancy.”
