(August 10, 2018, 4:33 pm)They only get my 5 star because Dr. Parks and his nurses are wonderful. They are always helpful and kind especially Sarah. I've both seen and experienced issues with the receptionist so I handle all my appointments via their app.
(July 16, 2018, 10:12 am)I have always had a great experience working with Dr Massengill and Dr. Driver. Massengill has done two successful surgeries on me and Dr. Driver takes great care of my daughter every summer when he cleans the wax from her ears before we go on vacation and swim a lot. The office staff are courteous, helpful, friendly, and respectful. They have an easy to use app to schedule appointments.
