94 Pilates

This studio was a great gateway into Pilates for me. As a first-timer, I didn't really know what to expect but thought I'd give it a shot after a friend recommended it for me.

This studio showed me that it's really different from yoga (a common misconception), and is mostly geared towards body repair and fitness longevity, so that I can do other sports with less issues moving forward. My body buzzes and my posture gets better with every session.

I appreciated learning a groundwork in the private sessions first with Mary before joining in on group sessions with Jocelyn. Plus the space is beautiful and everyone there is nice & friendly.

Lovely space and super nice team! Mary's training for my body specific issues has been an absolute blessing.
