(December 21, 2022, 5:08 pm)I've been shy about trying Pilates, and am so glad that I've had the opportunity to have private and duet sessions with Sasha. She is a patient instructor, who accomplishes a lot in an hour, and is sensitive to any adjustments. Her equipment is top notch and very clean. Doing exercises on the tower has been such a revelation and changed for me what a workout can be, with results that I carry with me all day long. I am so grateful to Sasha for such an excellent introduction to Pilates, and look forward every week to my next session. Highly recommend!!!
