(January 12, 2018, 8:23 am)Joining this gym is one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's an incredibly welcoming, supportive, and enthusiastic environment, and there is a workout for every fitness level. From the owner to the staff and other members, it's a wonderful group of people.
I used to have trouble sticking to a routine at other gyms. At Intrepid / Crossfit Warwick, I go 5 days a week at 5am. I look forward to going and I feel great after every class. -

I have lost 25lb in six months with hard work in the box and watching my food intake.
I am becoming successful at Olympic movements and much stronger then I was just 6 months ago, no less 30 years ago.
As a long time gym guy there is no comparison to the attention and coaching I get from all Intrepid coaches.
My only regret is that I did not start with Intrepid from the beginning when they opened their doors. -

If you are looking for the ultimate fitness experience with coaches that truly care about you then this is the place for you. My personal journey has made me stronger and more fit than I've ever been in my life in addition to losing over 50 pounds. The community here is one of a kind; like a second family.

It has literally changed not only my physical life but my social life as well.....all for the better. We are a solid, fun, welcoming community of people who not only train together but we have gained life long friends as a result of it. Come join us. I PROMISE you will not regret it.

The coaches are amazing and so dedicated to their work. They guide us on a personal level to constantly improve becoming better and stronger everyday. Plus, I've met the most motivating and inspiring athletes that I now call friends. Please check this gym out. You will not be disappointed no matter what your fitness level!
