  I think the pictures speak for themselves on how this review is going to go. Royal Pools & Spas has transformed our yard into an oasis where our family can enjoy the summer and host family and friends. They not only installed our pool and spa but for the past 2 years are responsible for safe crystal clear water. The friendly and knowledgeable staff will test your water free of charge. They have seminars on pool closing and opening as well as pool and spa maintenance. We have our pool opened and closed every season by them as well as have our pump winter stored to ensure you get maximum life out of the pump. Stop by for a customer appreciation day to get a feel of what it's like being part of the Royal Pool & Spas family. We know our family will be enjoying this year after year and can't wait for next summer already.

  My wife and I just purchased a new home which came with a pool. We asked around for recommendations and Royal Pools in New Hampton kept coming up. I got in touch with JP and he was fantastic to deal with he handled everything from start to finish. The team showed up on time and opened the pool and took the time to explain what they were doing. Great experience through out the whole process. Working with them now on the closing and it is just as easy. I definitely recommend dealing with JP, he is easy to work with and quick to respond.

  It is pool closing time. I called andtheygave me date within my requested period and we took care of the paperwork later. Like magic my pool was closed and ready for winter. I have been using them for years and I would never go anywhere else. They have a top-notch professional staff.

  We have been customers of ROYAL POOLS for a very long time. Everyone that we have come in contact with whether it be in the store or the service department always goes out of their way to make sure that things are satisfactory. They are always on time and when they leave they make sure that everything is operating in A1 condition. As a bonus, they leave the area immaculate!

  Great to work with. Gary and team knows that a hot tub/spa/pool is more than a purchase... It's a relationship. Do yourself a favor and skip all the different chemical treatment choices - go straight to chlorine unless you have severe skin reactions. The others are just too hard (and way too costly) to balance in a hot spa.
