“Let me start by saying I have a huge fear of the dentist, ever since some bad experiences I’ve had in the past. I often wait until the pain is too much to and I am forced to go see a dentist. Last month I had a tooth crack while on vacation, like always I let it go until there was a pretty bad infection. I was referred to this office by a close friend who knew of my “phobia”. From the moment I walked in there I was treated with the utmost respect and concern. They took my fears into consideration, they explained everything to me and not once made me feel self conscious about being afraid. My treatment options were explained to me, I made the appointment and today I am pain free. I was amazed how they took me with such a short notice and were able to help so quickly. I can honesty say every professional I saw was sincerely concerned and extremely accommodating to me. After my procedure I received multiple phone calls to see how I was feeling and to see if I needed anything else. This office is truly amazing, thank you to Windsor Dental for everything, it’s nice to have a dentist I can trust.”
