“Lynn and Bill are incredible hosts. Friendly and personable. Very accommodating to renters morning schedules for breakfast (and the food is delicious). Knowledgeable about the area and well-acquainted with West Point from families who rent there often. The two houses and all the rooms (both living rooms and bedrooms) are very well kept and well furnished with snacks always set out (like homemade brownies and fruit and such). The view of the river from one of the house’s living spaces / porch is also very nice. And all for a very reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for better.”

“This might have been the best wine tasting I've been to, at least in time memorable. The property is rustic, but scenic. The tasting room was run by a very charming young French woman; I got to try eating wine grapes, never had that before. Very different from dessert grapes...the vino is all estate grown. It's expensive for the local wineries, but it is all hand crafted and old fashioned, so worth it if you can afford it. I enjoyed the Cab Franc especially. A welcome addition to our already plentiful number of wineries. Will return at least seasonally.”

“An absolute gem. Breathtaking views of the Hudson River with a backdrop of thick forestry. Sailboats and leisurely watercraft quietly skimming by. It's just a bucolic setting. But the home itself is even more magnificent. Well constructed, well designed and especially well thought out in it's decoration. Every room and every detail. I kid you not. From the art deco theater , to the 1950's style malt shop, a bar with a playroom, the gorgeous patios and the very cool suites, you could spend an entire day just on the grounds and within the house. Thank you, Karen and Edward, for your first rate hospitality and a delicious breakfast (we've already tried plagiarizing that amazing bread pudding recipe:)”

“Absolutely the best restaurant in the area!! Great service and atmosphere. My all time favorite place to eat. Exceptionally good for a small party! Get there early and have a drink out on the patio. The view is spectacular. And walk around the formal garden. Go on a night when they have Wine Pairing. Ask for seconds and thirds of the bread, it is excellent. The staff is very friendly and will do anything to satisfy your wishes.”

“This was an awesome park. We where here touring all of the Jehovah's Witness facilities. Close to many of them. The park has huge lots. We have a 40 foot with 4 pop outs and still plenty of room on the side. Their laundry room is immaculate and the staff are so welcoming. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Happy travels everyone!”

You guys just made us feel right at home, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal as well as the conversation! We will be back asap! Highly recommend to anybody looking to get away, this sanctuary is 10 minutes from town with lots to do, but tucked away in the countryside. If i could give 10 stars i would! “Attended an outdoor wedding in November and they gave us blankets. The venue was so beautiful and had a great time. Be prepared, there is no food available in the area at night esp if you go to a early wedding ( ours was from 1-9pm). Everything closes early but if you are staying over night you will enjoy the quietness. The common area is great to host a group and the fire place is really cozy. The reception was amazing and it was a overall amazing event. We love the park and have been there before for hiking. Will be back!”

“We were looking for an inexpensive b&b and we found the gem in Warwick! The bedroom and bathroom was clean and Dorothy was lovely to converse with. The breakfast was delicious and we stayed an extra hour to talk and see the horse. Older house with charm on a beautiful property that has a garden, horse barn, and two dogs.”
