“My experience with Best Buy (Middletown, NY) Geek Squad was very good. I knew better than to expect that taking my iOS products to Best Buy would be the same as taking them to an Apple Store. A 3rd party will always add complication. But the Best Buy is a lot closer than my nearest Apple Store, so calculating travel time, fuel and a meal both ways to drop off at the Apple Store (2 hrs) adds up to Best Buy (30 mins) being significantly convenient. And Apple has poor employees at times too. The Best Buy employees I interacted with came across as just a little tired, but not irresponsible or irritable, and they did their job with courtesy and effectiveness.”

Gave an estimate on the spot , dropped off my wheels and brand new tires and was told at 8 am Saturday they will be ready .They straightened my rims, polished my curb damage and painted & clear coated my wheels with my new tires speed balanced installed on my wheels. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! 24 HRS FACILTY IS ALSO AWESOME. 8am on the money Jody was there in the MASSIVE shop getting my finished wheels! Again AWESOME !”

“We found Todd through a Google search and we couldn't be happier. Our dryer needed repair. He explained his pricing policy up front and it was very reasonable. He showed up exactly on time and was very thorough in troubleshooting the problem. What I really liked was that when he found what he believed was the problem, he kept going and checked every possibility. He then explained what was wrong and gave us several options. The repair was completed flawlessly. Just as important, at least to us, is that Todd is a nice guy. He is very pleasant to be around as he does the repair. He doesn't rush the work and he checks and rechecks. Well never use anyone else and you shouldn't either. He should be the industry standard that everyone strives to achieve. 10/25/18 We had to call Todd again recently, he happened to be in the area and was there within two hours. He quickly found and repaired the problem on the stove, then he balanced our washing machine. Still a great guy, great diagnostician and so reliable. I repeat, Todd is the guy to use for your appliance repairs.”
