I took my kids to Thrive Nutrition this weekend to try out this new spot and we ordered several smoothies; Oreo Madness, Snickers, Samoa and The House Special which was our favorite. I also had the strawberry lemonade energy drink and the protein donuts were made fresh. There's plenty of seating so we were able to sit and enjoy our drinks. Being the mom of a toddler, knowing they had a clean bathroom we could use was also a plus. We'll be visiting again soon!”

“This studio was a great gateway into Pilates for me. As a first-timer, I didn't really know what to expect but thought I'd give it a shot after a friend recommended it for me. This studio showed me that it's really different from yoga (a common misconception), and is mostly geared towards body repair and fitness longevity, so that I can do other sports with less issues moving forward. My body buzzes and my posture gets better with every session. I appreciated learning a groundwork in the private sessions first with Mary before joining in on group sessions with Jocelyn. “Very nice boat ramp. Tons of parking spots and easy loop access from entrance to launch to parking and reverse. You may find that some of the spots are taken up by cars not with trailers. Cars should not be taking up trailering spaces. From this location you can easily see the Esopus Meadows Lighthouse (26mi) and Bannermans Island Castle (3 mi). 60 mi round trip. Was done just barely on one tank of gas on 2008 Seadoo RXT”
