From start to finish we had an amazing experience . Kevin was very knowledgeable with finding the right size and shape pool for our yard , along with every question we had . Every person involved that came to excavate and set up our pool were beyond experienced in working with us and setting up the yard surrounding with what worked best for our family needs. We will be loyal customers to this store with the expertise !
I was disappointed with my previous pool company as far as service goes, they would make me buy a bunch of chemicals that I didn't need, nor did it help half of the time. I still used them throughout the years for openings/closings and chemicals because I didn't know any better. Nejame and Sons opened this year and I drove past them on my way to work so I decided to give them a shot. Kevin was so helpful in walking me through what I need step by step rather than just throw chemicals at me to buy like I was used to. He really cared in making sure my pool was clean, clear, and harmless to my kids so we can enjoy it as much as possible. Every time I go back to the store I feel as if the staff there are truly interested in helping YOU get what YOU NEED, not what they want to sell you. I would 100% recommend Nejame's to anyone looking for a company to make owning a pool simple and easy! I plan on using them for all my pool needs from now on.
They put my pool in 10 years ago, and I used to drive to the Danbury store before the new location opened up in Carmel( so much easier) Brittany and Melissa are very helpful! They take the time to explain everything step by step and when I call someone is always there to answer any questions I may have!
We recently purchased an on ground pool from
Kevin in the Carmel store. Everything went smooth from start to finish! Kevin went over and above for us, he even came to our house, after work on a Sunday, to help us with a minor problem we had. Sarah kept us informed of the work that was scheduled to be done and the technicians were professional and courteous.....it was truly a great experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
