Once there, they were very efficient and got the job done within a hour (getting down old hot tub and putting up new one). They went above and beyond to help me out which I truly appreciate. “In response to Mr. Ambrosecchias review. I am John Vogestad. I do remember this job. Apache was not hired by you but by your contractor. We did not have any representative of Bona come to inspect your job. If we had, we would have made them aware of the can of " Furniture spot remover" your wife showed me that made the floor "very shiny". Unfortunately, this product contained lacquer which, anybody in the floor business would know that it eats the floor finish and creates spots, just like the spots that accured on your floor. The finishes that were used were Duraseal Polyurethane with a Fabulon top coat, also made by Duraseal. These are the same finishes we use today on every job, with no complaints. At no time did we say anything about Bona, accept that is can leave a white film on the floor after long periods of use. We do no less than 15-20 jobs on a weekly basis and have very few complaints. If there is a problem on a job caused by our work we will immediately fix it. This however, was not our fault. Unfortunately, a product that should not have been used, was. We were not MIA. We were not asked to come back to finish the floors. If we were, we would have. At your cost. I'm sorry you chose this forum to discuss your concerns. I understand this is an old review, but it just came to my attention and thought it should be addressed as it is negative. As I see most of your review are. regards, John Vogestad”
