The staff and the doctor were pleasant. I was seen fairly quickly, and the examination (for a deep cough / sore throat / fatigue) was complete. The doctor was smart enough to recommend NOT to take antibiotic right away, and to give it a few days, since I had no fever. She explained that it was likely a viral infection. The entire experience was encouraging: clean office, little wait, good medical service, good hours of service.
Last week I walked in with terrible throat pain. Exam was thorough and staff was pleasant!
