This 4 star is so far, correct. Just circumstances just did NOT fall right. Chris great guy.... SpeedWorld totally different monster. I will change this if they do right by me. I'm sitting here now waiting, so we'll see. But to spend $4,000. Yes you read that right 4 thousand dollars, for body shop repairs. I will keep you posted.

My front window had a large crack and needed replacing. Thanks to my auto insurance glass protection, I wouldn’t have to pay for anything. But the auto glass shop said they could not replace the glass because I had rust around the frame of the window and the glass binder would not hold securely. They told me to take my car to a body shop to get the rust removed.

I visited several shops and was told that removing the rust would be very expensive. The last shop on my list was Speed World. With over 225 reviews I said to myself, this has got to be a good shop. On the day I went in, I spoke to someone who looked at my car and gave me an estimate hundreds less than the other shops. It turned out that person was John, the owner. I asked him if I could get the estimate in writing and he said don’t worry about it.

On the day of the repair the auto glass shop sent a driver to Speed World and removed my front window and would return to put the new one. John said he needed two days to remove the rust, to my surprise, the Speed World team was able to do it in one. He even sent me photos of the work done, prior to the new window being placed. To my disappointment, the auto glass shop did not have any drivers available to come and put the new glass. That meant having to wait over the weekend until the next driver was available.

John told me he could not hold my car in his shop for that long. So being the professional that he is, he reached out to an auto glass shop in his network and they were able to put on the new window right away. They were also able to work with my car insurance so I didn’t have to pay for the new window. All I had to pay for was for the work done by Speed World at the price John had quoted me when we first met.

In closing I would like to say that I highly recommend John and his team of professionals at Speed World for their commitment to great work and customer satisfaction.

Always been good to me for years still continue to go there

My husband and I wanted to have a basic alarm installed on our car today. We had the pleasure of working with Terry, I apologize if I spelled your name wrong. I asked an approximate time for the service, and he said 5 hours, which took less time than that. I appreciate the honest and great work done on our car. Thank you!!
