I've tried their seolleongtang and the broth is boiled to perfection, just add salt! Also, their kimchi is the best I've ever had, hands down.

The trick of eating the bone broth soup is to add very small amount of salt at a time until the soup starts to taste sweet. You would think the soup would be salty, but no it will be sweet with just the right amount of salt then turn extremely salty with a bit more of salt after. Don't over salt it!
