Metropolitan Expeditionary Learning School

I'm a Senior, part of the first graduating class at MELS. My experience at MELS has been an amazing experience. I've learned so many things that will help me all through out college. I've met most of my friends at this school. For the lower high school grades (9-11). Work hard and keep your grades up! For the middle schoolers do the same and also build a strong bond with your crew each year because it will benefit you in your years to come.

A great example of a school teaching responsibilities which helps our children absorb the quality of education that nurtures and develops our young leaders of tomorrow's world.

An excellent school with a well put together special education classes. my son is doing very well and loves going to school.

This is a fantastic school that encourages student growth and academic challenge. Their core values drive every decision, and their respect for students is wonderful. It's a unique school (Expeditionary Learning, don't use textbooks, Field Work instead of field trips), and maybe is not for every student, but it's been a wonderful experience for my son.
