  Dr. Yakov is the very best.I suffered with severe muscle tightness that is so severe that I am totally incapacitated. Dr.Yakov no matter how busy he is always sees me. The results are amazing.After a few visits, I feel like a new person.Always friendly and kind,,I can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his staff.

  Dr. Yakov and his staff are wonderful! First of all, Dr. Yakov is extremely knowledgeable about his work and provides clear answers to any questions you may have. He treats his patients with care and respect and it shows when you see how grateful his patients are after their session. What I appreciate most about Dr. Yakov is his honesty when it comes to his treatment plans because he understands what is most important is the patients health. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  This is the best physical therapy. I've been to my fair share of PT but this kind of service is rare to find nowadays. First of all the staff is so friendly. The ladies at the front desk, the PT's, the interns. They are all so patient and nice. Yakov, my PT, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Not only that, he actually cares. There have been times where I'd have pain, and he'd work on me for almost an hour just to help relieve it. He even brought a specialist in to work on me. The results have been amazing. When you come to Determination, know you're in great hands.

  Dr. Yakov is a gem! He is a great therapist, very professional, attentive to detail, flexible, and knows how to help people. He has profound knowledge, experience, and is very dedicated to his profession. Dr. Yakov works very hard to satisfy/remedy his patient’s pain and makes them feel better. He diagnosed my problem well and was able to provide me with excellent treatment and eliminated my back and shoulder pain in just a few visits. The facility is clean; staff is kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend “Determination Physical Therapy” to anyone who is seeking such services.

  Yakov is a true accurate PT very proactive and listening to your needs, i m improving day by day and the staff is friendly ,i m very glad i found this place, you can go blind!
