“Most people who live here beefing with the management for minor issues. Imo, they expecting too much. If you follow basic rules, there shouldn't be any issues. Yes, mgmt fees r a bit higher than they should be. They had money problems back in the days but it is good now. They recently installed security cameras, has daily trash pick ups and they r pretty much on point with basic maintenance work.”
