“I love Alicia and her yoga studio! It is so cozy and clean and right in my condo building! There are not as many classes as other yoga mills but they offer enough during the week to keep you busy. Alicia is energetic, informative and caring for your needs and conditions. I am so happy she can adjust her class to suit my pregnancy. The studio itself is not very big but it is perfect for less than 10 people. There is no hot sweaty yogies here so it does not reek off BO. Perfect studio for some quiet, peaceful and loving yoga!”

The routines are hard but not complicated which is what you want in a morning workout - you don't have to think a lot, just GO. Sebastian leads the workouts and is relentlessly inspiring, positive and fun. Also worth noting for parents: there is a playground directly adjacent and on weekends my wife and I trade off workouts and watching the kids during the two morning sessions. And it's OUTDOORS FACING THE MANHATTAN SKYLINE. A really awesome setting and way to start your day.”
