The staff is very personable and dedicated to help you reach your fitness goals. The gym provides a very fun and encouraging environment. I definitley recommend Dynamic Fitness to get fit, and or, learn self defense.

The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable and really care about helping us reach our goals. It's one of the most unique gyms I've been. You don't just get on a machine and walk, you are trained.
