“First class customer service! Flight delays which ended in an cancellation - I missed my birthday party and was not able to make it home. (After being stuck at JFK for over 10 hours.) However, Simone, who checked me in absolutely turned my night around with her hospitality and graciousness. She went above and beyond to make my short stay at her hotel a memorable experience. I travel extensively, and I simply don’t find that level of customer service anymore. In this case, however, Simone exceeded my expectations exponentially. Many thanks to her and her team! Highly recommend this hotel. Accommodations were great as well. Five stars all the way around!”

“Facility is immaculate. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Break fast is hot, diverse and plentiful. Front desk staff amazing and helpful, housekeeping great and accommodating. Parking on the premises is reasonably priced for JFK area. Great place for family stay and connected to the Hilton if you are attending a conference there. Highly Recommended!”

“Nice rooms, not a great neighborhood, not near anything special but definitely not a lower end motel. Regular van service from the airport and some of the employees are really great. They have a little snack bar area next to the front desk where you can buy anything from chips and candy bars to beer. They have a restaurant and a bar. There are menus in the room to order pizza or other foods from outside. To get to the city you would need to go back to the airport and then take transportation from there but a lot of guests do that. I actually miss not going there sometimes.”

“Hotel was nice. Large room especially for NYC standards. Gift shop is reasonably priced! No bathtubs just showers- but I prefer this anyway. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and have many options for breakfast. Would return to this hotel again.”

“My family and I stayed here when we visited New York. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the train station. And a bus stop was right outside. Lots of mom and pops food places and little shops. The hotel was nice. But our floor was soaked the entire time. I'm unsure if they shampooed the carpet or what but it was pretty drenched. Breakfast was available downstairs. Overall I enjoyed the stay besides the wet carpet.”

“Booked this hotel last minute after my flight into JFK got delayed, and I ended up missing my connecting flight. I read the reviews only after booking a room, and to be honest, I was expecting the worst. To my surprise though, the room was actually pretty good. It was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly, and I didn't face any problems. There is some noise at night (the usual traffic and sirens) but you can't really expect silence when staying at a hotel in Queens. There is no free breakfast though (as advertised when booking), so that was a bit of a let down. But overall, a great budget hotel when you need a room for the night on short notice.”

“An amazing clean, cozy hotel room with a very modern feel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite has everything you need. Love it!! A complimentary hot breakfast till 9:30am, which I think should go till 10:30 am. Overall a great hotel with a home like feel.”

“Actually reasonable hotel. Great pillows and mattress. Very clean and extremely friendly staff. Street parking after 7pm is free and usually accessable. Carlos, who works at the bar, is super awesome. Ask for a flaming Carlos. It was something new he created during my visit.”

“We must say that this is the best airport hotel that we have ever stayed at. To start with, it is absolutely beautifully decorated, elegant looking, upscale hotel, modern and clean. The staff is kind and helpful, from the front-desk team to the housekeeping service. Their restaurant menu offers many tasty dishes, the salmon is top! We recommend this hotel highly! Another plus...their gym is open 24 hours!”

“Convenient location to LaGuardia. They have a free shuttle to the airport that departs every 30- min. We could watch the planes taking off from our room, and could hardly hear them. Our room was spacious, clean and modern with great black out shades. Breakfast is sit down and served to you: very civilized. Great coffee too!”
