Some Sales employees judge people/Customers as they enter the store, it's very noticeable and happens all the time. I decided a year later to go back 8/8/21 only because my Son purchased furniture from there 5 months ago. He had a good experience although judging was still there but he didn't entertain it. I know that happens at other businesses. **** I met Sales person name Mike he came with a genuine interest to assist me. He showed me what I was interested in and also showed me other options. Mike is a breath of fresh air. I also work with Ana in the bedroom area it was a pleasure. They are both good listener, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased my furniture. Eating area is fairly small and seating is fixed with high stools so it may not accommodate all. Lastly the shake machine was down so a bummer we couldn't have a cold treat on a hot day.
