Even when my family missed our flight to JFK and got horribly lost (due to a Google map error) they came to find us to direct us back and even went out of their way to help us to find a near by place for the night and even let us keep the car to the morning. I rented a midsize for a week and got a brand new Mazda CRX...since it is one of the cars I am considering buying, I am really pleased that I get to "test drive" one for a week! The car was spotless inside and out, and really inexpensive to rent. ....The Avis/Payless rental office itself needs some work, sliding doors were stuck and they need some more seating. However, givem the sheer volume of customers and cars on any given day I can let it slide.”
