I appreciate their little tricks and accessories to make the treatments easier on kids: TVs for distraction, sunglasses to block the light, etc. They thought of pretty much everything kids would complain about and have a fix for it. Dr. Brian is amazing as well. He's detailed and straightforward with his plan.
