He helped us upgrade to a great package at an affordable price, he took the time to explain the plan as well as gave us a great deal on the phone as well as helping us get a case and appropriate screen protector, he also put it on the phone for us, now that is amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming in next month to upgrade my very outdated phone lol, overall great experience ,very happy, thank you malek .
