  Being a working Mom, you never make time for yourself. I was suffering from a sinus infection all week but didn't have the time to go to the doctors. By the weekend I was really sick and went to look for an Urgent Care that was open. I was so happy to find Pro Health open and was seen within 15 minutes of me walking in. The facility is clean, newly renovated, and pleasant. The gals at the desk are professional and caring. The practitioners and nurses listened to my needs and were very diligent on providing me with great care. I am so glad I found them and will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of care. With all the people on Staten Island, I was thrilled to find a place that was so well run, up to date, professional and responsive to my needs.

  It is always a pleasure visiting circle urgent care. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses are thorough and well educated. And most of all, the entire office is spotless! I also love that you do not have to visit a separate lab for testing. Circle urgent care draws blood and takes x rays right in the office. Also, there was only a 48 hour wait for my blood results. I highly recommend visiting any of the circle urgent care locations for your medical needs.

  Doc Christine is Awesome. Unfortunately I have had the privilege to meet her 3 times. Unfortunately I say because I was sick. But, she is awesome. Very detailed and she loves to ask and answer questions. Glad to see her walking better. The staff has always been great every time I have arrived. And so quickly they call you in. Unless it’s a life threatening circumstance you have to go to urgent care. Beautiful ladies and Handsome men to help you in your time of pain.

  I would recommend this place for sure. The receptionist was nice, helpful, and professional. The place is clean and opened till 9 which is helpful with individuals who work late. The doctor was iffy at first but then turned out great. Listen they're human and tired so I get it, she helped me and that's all that I care about at the end. So yes if you need an urgent care don't hesitate to go here.

  I went to another clinic first but they didn’t take my insurance. So I called this office and the lady was super nice and told me they took my insurance. I drove over and walked in. The waiting area was nice and clean. The place was full. I was a little hesitant because of all the people but I filled put the couple, straight forward forms for a new patient. (Other offices I swear I have to fill out a dozen before they see me.) Surprisingly, considering how many people were there, I waited probably 30 minutes, I thought it would be at least an hour. They brought me and my son back, the nurse took down all his info and said a doc would be in shortly. It was less than 5 minutes before the doc came in. She was nice, good with my son, explained everything, and answered my questions and concerns. From the time I walked into the building to walking out was less than an 50 minutes (that’s considering talking to the ladies at the desk, filling out paperwork, waiting for our turn, seeing the nurse, seeing the doctor and being done). Right after the appointment I drove to the pharmacy and they had already sent over his prescriptions. This will be my family’s go-to urgent care clinic from now on.
