Great Doctors and staff. Quick and efficient.
Excellent surgeon. His PA Chris is terrific. The ENTIRE staff are courteous and efficient. I wouldn't consider going to another orthopaedic office.
Please disregard the negative reviews. Dr. L'Insalata is nothing but a consummate professional! Have seen him on several occasions & have had excellent care!
As far as insurance goes, that is not on him, so you cannot blame him for issues with the insurance company. He sees many patients & may not be aware of the situation. If the office is made aware, they WILL reach out & try to rectify as best they can. As far as seeing a PA... I myself do not prefer, but was given an exam by the PA here... only to find is is a mirror image of the Dr.! He works the exact same way, is just as professional & will still have the Dr come in to examine. I understand why this PA was hired at this practice & was very pleasantly surprised!
You will NOT find a better orthopaedic specialist on SI.
