I don’t particularly go to this location as much as I go to the Richmond Avenue location, but when I do- I love it. Kenny resigned me up in July, and reassured me I would be satisfied. He helped me with my monthly payments and truly is patient, kind, soft spoken. What a difference compared to what’s usually in gyms! I just want to shout-out a thank you to him on here. He should truly be recognized for being an excellent customer service person.”
