“My first experience was with the customer service rep on the phone when I called in to make an appointment. The rep was very friendly, patient with all my questions and explained the cleaning process thoroughly over the phone. The day of the appointment I was even more impressed with the level of service. They called the night before the appointment to confirm and then called again 30 minutes before they got to my house to give me a heads up. The cleaning crew was very professional, there were two men and they walked through the house with me and pointed out all areas of concern. I had them clean and deodorize three bedrooms and my basement carpet. The work was quick and thorough, and the carpets dried fast. They look , smell and feel great. Overall a wonderful experience with this company. ”

A leading medical mold expert said that RISI was the best of the best and the most professional of them all. Specifically the medical mold expert said that too often remediation companies leave a remediation site far more dangerous than before the work began because they were in a rush and just did not know what they were doing because they failed to obtain a hygienist's report. Their professional office staff is very reliable in calling you back and sending out reports and paying contractors on time.”

“I have came to this laundromat 3 times, twice on Tuesday and once on Sunday. The girls on the weekend, I recall 2 of them, showed poor service; not just to me but to other customers. The way they talk is rude enough, not to mention how sloppy the girls were. Whoever was working on Tuesday night's around 5pm is great though. She was polite to me and a little 4 year old boy. I have never saw someone fold so fast yet so neatly. Good laundromat, but highly recommend coming here late Tuesday nights.”
