“We really enjoyed our stay at the Navy Lodge on Staten Island. The rooms are spacious with two queen beds and accommodations are very nice with a large fridge and kitchenette. They also serve cereal, bagels and pastries for breakfast. Also coffee and juice. The staff is wonderful! Located inside the National Park on Fort Wadsworth, which is also an active Coast Guard base, the Navy lodge is one of the best kept secrets for lodging in NYC. We took bus 51 to and from the Staten Island Ferry each day. We met the nicest people and saved at least $1,000 by staying here for a week instead of Manhattan. There is plenty to do if you want a break from the city, you will find the peacefulness and history of the National Park pulls you in.”

“Pretty nice.. quite, good for a gathering of a small event. I like the fact that there are less people around, no crowds... Peaceful ????”

“Beautiful place, with a very accommodating host. He gave us a better room with beautiful view because it was available and he wanted us to be comfortable. Breakfast was nice too and the view is stunnong! I would recommend this bed and breakfast!”
