“Apartments are decent. Maintenance and porter staff are good workers. Only issues is the parking is bad at night. If you get home late then you'll be searching for a parking space for a while unless you rent a parking spot or garage which for newer tenants is ridiculously expensive. Apartments are cold even though they just repaired the heating system they do not put it high enough for apartments which were built without insulation. All in all though the neighborhood is nice and the biggest advantage to living here is the fact that you can have a dog.”
