There is no one more knowledgeable about the body and tailoring the work outs to meet the needs of each individual client. I have chronic issues with my hips and the work we did together strengthened and stretched my hips taking me to a new comfort level that has lasted to the present. She would have a routine ready to go when I showed up, but if I came in with new issues she would be able to tailor the session to meet my needs on that day. Kimberly is simply the best at what she does!
