“I went online and by my own fault ordered the wrong size tube that I needed to complete a flag pole project that I’ve been doing for the last two weeks. Once I received the product I realized my mistake so I contacted plastic crafts direct and spoke with Dane. What an absolute pleasure he was in handing my error he helped me figure out the proper size I needed was incredibly responsive in emailing me back and forth and sent me a link for the new order where all I had to do was just re enter my CC information he even gave me a discount on the new order just to make sure I was satisfied which was amazing seeings how the mistake was 100% my fault and the new tube is on its way. The whole process way so easy and Dane was so great to work with that this review doesn’t even do my experience justice I can’t thank him enough and would and will recommend Plastic Crafts to everybody. At first, they did fumble on my order a little, but they fixed it so fast, efficiently, and professionally, I was impressed!
