“I had such a pleasant experience with Rockland motors. They were the third and final place I visited, the first 2 made me immediately uneasy and i left. As soon as I walked in and met frank, I immediately felt a bit more at ease. He laid things on the table for me and didn’t waste my time. I noticed my car had a problem with the muffler and frank assured me it would be fixed before buying the car, which he kept his word on. When I was finished speaking with frank I went to speak to Diane, the finance manager. She was absolutely the highlight of my experience there. My credit is atrocious and she did not stop until she got an approval with reasonable terms. I’m only a few days into having my car so I can’t speak on the long term, but all in all I am extremely happy with my experience there!! Will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a car.”

At first, they did fumble on my order a little, but they fixed it so fast, efficiently, and professionally, I was impressed! And, I appreciated them getting me in and out of their drive thru; I made it on time to work with a full belly because of them. One lady in particular has gotten to know me pretty well always does everything just the way I like it without fail. Everybody there is pretty cool I haven't had anybody fail me there. “I have gone here twice (and about to go a third) once for a dryer and once for a gas oven. They are helpful extremely helpful and do not try to sell you parts you do not need. In fact for my dryer repair I insisted on both parts just in case even though he insisted it was just a fuse that was just a few bucks and not the $50+ no returnable part. Well my brother was coming to do the fix for me and the place was going to be closed and I figured it was better to be safe then sorry we’ll guess what. It was the $4 fuse. Listen to them. They know their stuff. Went back to figure out what was wrong with my oven and they walked me through a cheap repair because of it wasn’t that I was going to need a new oven but they wanted to try that repair first. It’s very refreshing to have this type of honesty and also quite sad that it so rare (this is coming from someone who comes from a family full of mechanics that has sadly had to deal with too many dishonest auto shops)”
