  Pros: beautiful views, nice floor plans and very clean. More of an older community but everyone says hi and are pleasant.
  
  Cons:
  Leasing Office and Management seems careless and disinterested while taking no ownership or responsibility for anything. Its almost like somehow nobody has the authority to do anything or make decisions by themselves. (PLEASE NOTE: The actual maintenance team is very nice and quick to respond).
  Overpriced fees that are no where near worth the price.
