I have trusted Rockland Cleaning for various home improvement needs and have received nothing short of an amazing experience and superior quality each visit. The crew was on time for each call, responsive and helpful, from the receptionist to the guys cleaning the gutters on the roof. I am not an easily impressed consumer, especially in the world of contractors. I’ve been a victim of getting ripped off of quality multiple times. When you come across a maintenance company that matches their claim of being the "real deal" about customer satisfaction and delivers, you should take notice and support those kinds of local business. However, each time I walked into the facility, I was quickly reminded why Nyack Fitness is the place to go to. Fitness, weight loss and overall well being is not just a physical aspect, like many other gyms I've been to focus on. There is a mind and body connection that needs to be met in order to reach the best outcomes and Nyack fitness does just that! From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted by every staff and every member of the gym. Everyone is kind and supportive. I think this is what I love most about the gym. As a young woman, I hated going to gyms with men who either judge you or hit on you from the second you walk by. At Nyack Fitness there is no pressure! Everyone is there for their own reason and only support you in the process. It truly is a family environment there. In addition, the bathrooms are GREAT! It's not your typical "gym bathroom". It's very clean and modern, with private door front bathrooms, large and private showers and lockers for your belongings. They provide you with hand and bath towels and even with lotions, sprays and shampoo for use (in case you forget your own). It is important to have a gym as your sanctuary; where you feel safe, comfortable and motivated. Nyack Fitness meets all those needs and more!”
