“Our two air conditioners had mold so we needed to replace them. I called Hy's Appliance and the staff were all very professional and incredibly friendly. They came over to inspect our AC slot size to ensure that the two new ACs would fit perfectly into the wall. They explained that our previous ACs never fit perfectly which led to air and water getting in and causing mold. Long story short: They quoted me a price with no hidden fees, set a delivery date, came on time, finished installing the two units ahead of schedule, showed me how to clean and maintain them, and safely removed two old moldy air conditioners and disposed of them properly. The people installing the air conditioners wore masks the whole tim. The service was excellent and at a great price. They paid close attention to detail and didn't waste any time throughout the whole process from my initial phone call all the way up to finishing the installation. I highly recommend them!”
