I met Dr. Werfel he assured me that it would be easy to lose 20/30 lbs. Truly after 42 days, I am weighing 172lbs. The same weight i was when I graduated college. My waist size is a 32 which I haven't worn since I was 23 years old (I'm now 48).I have more energy now than ever. The 40 day reset was so great that I got my wife and sister to Dr. Werfel. He is a great man who truly understands the demons of losing weight. The program produces results that are easy to obtain and sustain. I highly recommend the 40 day reset program to anyone who wants to feel good, look good and most of all be healthy.
