“Mary is wonderful and patient and kind and understanding. When quest on Lafayette in suffern refused to even try to help me because I had so many labs that needed to be done, and they didn't even try to help me, quest labs in Indian rock stepped up to the plate and Mary was the only tech working and she not only took the time to look up all the codes that quest on Lafayette ave refused to do, she also typed all the codes in and made a call to be ensured that she had the right code on one of the tests. My dr orders tons of lab work and it took quite some time and Mary did all of it with patience and compassion. Being sick and in pain 24/7 is hard enough but when you have compassionate health care workers, it takes the stress and fear away. Mary is top notch the best that I have ever dealt with at any quest labs, and I have been to many quest labs. Thank you Mary.”
