We waited a long time to find the right contractor for our outdoor project. Barry and his team installed two decks for us - using the TREX system. We are so pleased with how they turned out! They look amazing! We can't wait to finalize our beautiful outdoor space with landscaping, furniture and a small stone patio. Barry was very easy to work with - communicating with us regularly and working through the inspection process. As with every remodel, he found some minor issues that had to be resolved. Barry had the expertise to make these repairs quickly. We appreciate that Barry and his team would spend time at the end of every day cleaning their workspace. We especially appreciate that he returned un-used materials we had ordered for a substantial refund to us. I would recommend Suydam Construction to any homeowner - and we plan on using him again in the future.

Planned a dream home remodel and this team knocked it out of the park. They executed everything flawlessly, on time, on budget. Gave me what I asked for, brought some of their own ideas to the table, and the result is stellar. I now have a period home with appropriately styled fixtures, some antiques incorporated into the build, yet modern conveniences and the highest quality construction. A part of me is sorry the reno has ended! Hope to work with these folks again someday. They are skilled, honest, hard working, care about their work, and their clients.

Barry did an amazing job repairing and resurfacing our front steps. A small crack formed shortly after his work was done, so I contacted Barry about it. He promptly returned and repaired the small issue. Looks even better than the first time, and Barry has followed up to make sure I’m still happy.
