“My experience with the Shop in Rotterdam was 10 stars. Could not have asked for better people to do the paint protection and ceramic coating on my 2023 c8 corvette. The Shop was recommended by a few friends who had work done there and they were more than satisfied. Being in business, I know how important return phone calls are. From my first conversation and meeting with Derek it was great. When my car was delivered to t he dealership in Glens Falls, Derek met my wife and I there and took the car via his trailer to The Shop. One day while in the area of the Shop I stopped by to see the progress of the car All the staff were just like Derek, kind, knowledgeable and very fair. John gave us the tour and it was most impressive. In summary, they have my business forever. Derek returned all my texts and emails immediately and called my cell phone when we had to discuss a few more things, I have a funeral home business with multiple cars and Derek will be the one as well as his staff to do anything with these other vehicles. If you are looking to do something with your car or truck regarding the services the Shop offers you will be most satisfied and well taken care of . The service could not have been much better”

“Jim Marx at Turnpike Glass was whispered in my ear at a local big box building supply house after I got their's and Renewal by Anderson's quotes that were well over 35 & 40K. I called Jim, he showed up at my house, examined each window and found about 2/3 of them had their seals compromised and blown out and that's why my windows were turning colors yellow and orange. It was terrible! Well, he came in with a price of about 5k and he replaced every screen on the house, sliding door screen included! When the replacement windows came in (each one was ordered to exact size and spec), his installation team came, headed by his son. It was unbelievable watching them work! Like surgeons for windows, I swear! My wife and I could not believe the total difference in just seeing out our windows and nevermind the brand new re-screening of everything. We truly couldn't believe the quality of work, the respectful way they treated us and the quality of the job. We don't hesitate to give Jim and Turnpike Glass our absolute highest recommendation!”
