When my car was delivered to t he dealership in Glens Falls, Derek met my wife and I there and took the car via his trailer to The Shop. One day while in the area of the Shop I stopped by to see the progress of the car All the staff were just like Derek, kind, knowledgeable and very fair. John gave us the tour and it was most impressive. In summary, they have my business forever. Derek returned all my texts and emails immediately and called my cell phone when we had to discuss a few more things, I have a funeral home business with multiple cars and Derek will be the one as well as his staff to do anything with these other vehicles. If you are looking to do something with your car or truck regarding the services the Shop offers you will be most satisfied and well taken care of . The service could not have been much better”
